WP 3.1: Preferences for recreational demand at freshwaters:
With the help of various economic methods, preferences and their determinants for recreational demand at freshwaters are analysed and demand functions are estimated with whom future uses of waters for recreational purposes can be predicted.
WP 3.2: Focus on recreational fishing in water landscapes:
The aim of this part is the estimation and determination of detailed multi-attribute preference and related behaviour models for anglers, the development of angler-specific preference models as a combination of actual and hypothetical water selection behaviour data as well as the determination of optimal regulation combinations of angling over multiple waters in water landscapes by considering the behaviour reactions and water-specific ecological influences of regionally mobile anglers.
